Production

We manufacture our products in Zimbabwe at our factories in Harare and Bulawayo thereby offering long-term employment to over four thousand people. This number increases when we include our support service partners such as transporters whose collaboration allows the continuity of our operations.

The Environment

We are continuously optimising our processes at Paramount to ensure the economical and efficient use of natural resources. The economical and efficient use of natural resources is a necessary requirement for the business of Paramount. To that effect, we expect our international manufacturing partners to do the same by continuously optimising their processes and integrating environmental aspects into product development. At our factories we work with an emphasis on preserving resources in the following areas: energy, water, waste and recycling, packaging and advertising media.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of our business and we are continually working towards empowering our people and pride ourselves on creating and maintaining a safe and happy working environment.

Our factories are compliant with and registered under the United Nations Global Compact and strive to uphold the ten principles in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

Our CSR contributions range from a number of local initiatives from Sports, education and clothing under privileged communities.

Our main thrust is to support communities that we serve with the aim of developing various initiatives from grass roots level.
